Keeping it Real

"The Latin word for Induce is Adduco. Adduco is defined as:
to lead, persuade or to induce from within."

I was in a business meeting and I was talking to a guy and we were discussing a international business deal. I know he is a NLP Master Practitioner in their country.

After a few minutes of talking I could already smell the neediness in his vibe. Because, he keeps on DHVing himself unconsciously through DHV spikes during the entire convo. And he keeps on doing these long pause, as if thinking of the next 'move' to influence me that even made him give-off a 'creepy' vibe.

How many have you experience this? Where you are talking to someone and he might be saying all the right things but it just does not feel right.

A big chunk of the way we communicate is through non-verbal or sub-communication it is what you don't say. Your tonality, facial expression, body language and other minute details.

On the other hand I'm just being my self and keeping it real.

Base from our talk, there is nothing wrong in talking about his accomplishments. But when you are coming from a place of insecurity it will eventually leak out of your being and people will eventually smell it and once they do you are a goner.

So I just brushed it off and gave him the benefit of the doubt.

Then a few weeks have passed and the inevitable happened. His real manipulative and greedy self came out of him as if all his NLP background was forgotten and the deal didn't go that well.

And I said to my self and my partners.. So I am right after all.

Remember guys, you can study all the routines and techniques of influence out there But there is nothing more powerful than Authenticity. The self is always coming through.

When all the techniques are gone, when all the outer facade is taken away what are you inside? Just like in the movie Avengers when Iron Man was asked when he removes the armor what will happen to him.

Most people studying seduction and influence hide behind the techniques and strategies. There is a saying that a mouse given a technique is still a mouse. But a Lion with a technique is still a lion without the external factors.

The most powerful way to attract is Authenticity. It is being not doing.

The self is always coming through.

Onward to the Future

"The next generation always surpasses the next."-Naruto

When the leaders becomes so dogmatic in their beliefs. Mostly they close their minds to any more new information thus they become stagnant. Once something becomes stagnant it refuses to grow and innovate and it simply decays and gets left behind just like what happens to some old 'close-minded' and fearful indigenous tribes who still wants to live in mountains and caves.

People are afraid of change. If they only know that Love opens-up and grows but fear closes-down and dies.

Most of us are familiar that Henry Ford built the automobile. Back then people are contented with the horse although, there is nothing wrong with the horse but there is always room for improvement and when the first car came into fruition transportation became more convenient.

"The biggest room in this world is the room for improvement because most people refuse to go inside and take a sit."-Anonymous

How many times have people become so dogmatic and close minded in their beliefs because the their ego takes over them and instead of innovating and progressing they get trapped and growth become next to impossible. Just like some cancer patients who rather dies than try alternative cures.

Even our DNA according to scientist is evolving. The DNA of people a thousand years ago is so far ahead form what we have today. IQs from 200 years ago is nothing compared to the minds of the young generation right now.

A hundred years ago when you want to communicate to somebody across the continent you have to wait months before your letter gets to them. Now, all you need is to go online and talk with them inside the comfort of your room with the use of internet.

In technology alone the first calculator was invented by IBM but the next generation of computer experts like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs took the wheel and revolutionized the computer industry. If you compare the Computers now to the computers back then the difference is light-years ahead.

Society evolves when old beliefs are improved by new ones.

"I know you're out there. You're afraid of change. I'm going to show you a world without rules and controls, without borders or boundaries. A world where anything is possible. Where we go from there is a choice I leave to you." - Neo, The Matrix

Every area of our world evolves. Technology, Health, Money, Religion, Information, Spirituality and Philosophy.

When the old leaders are replaced by new ones who are fresh and even more open-minded in their ideas, these new ones takes what the old have built to a higher level. And accelerated progress and innovation takes place and life becomes even more worth living.

The past is like a sign-post, a reference for us but we must leave it there because everything is moving forward.

Common Sense

“Flexibility requires an open mind and a welcoming of new alternatives.”
-Deborah Day

And so I arrived in a friends home, to my surprised there are new faces and I realized he has some visitors.

I sat down and tried to catch up with what they are talking about.

Then in a few minutes the conversation started moving and everyone is having a naturally healthy chat. Suddenly, the group discussion went to discussing about each other's point of few about religion.

I tend to shy away from these kinds of discussion because not many are that open minded but it seems like the crowd is pretty open and so I just joined in.

From the corner of the room the leader of the group who is with the visitors was asked what his perspective on the subject matter. And what he said totally made impact in the room.

He said:

"I will share to you something that I always asked my friends who are part of these religions that claims they are the only one who will be saved as long as you must be a member and believe."

Here is the story...

"Imagine, that you are just a typical person who has a fair amount of general knowledge about math, science, health, agriculture and God.

Then you are in an jumbo jet airplane traveling to a destination and the people on board that plane is having a relaxing time in their journey towards let's say Europe. And without warning the plane crashed! Boom!

After the crash you wake up and learned that you are the only survivor of that airplane and now you are in a remote island and discovered that you were rescued by tribal people from the burning wreckage.

The sad part about this is that there is no radio, telephone or any form of communication you could use to ask for help.

So you decided to settle down and live with the tribe.

A few years have passed still there is no help from the civilized world and slowly you just realized that maybe you will stay with the tribe forever. And so what you did is help the tribe develop.

You taught them math, science, health and agriculture. And to your surprise the small island prosper and you decided to go on and live with them for good.

Fast forward into the future, because of your contributions the people loved you and you loved them and until the day you die they remain close to you and they treated you like a Hero for teaching them."

Now, here is the question I often ask my church going friends, He said:

"After all the love I've given the tribesmen. Take note, I'm not a member of any church and I don't believe in your God. Will I be saved or not? "

"You know what is funny? Most of my church going friends tell me I will not be saved because you are not a member of our church or because you don't believe in our God."

"You mean mean after all the love and contribution I gave until my dying
day, I will still go to hell or not enter the kingdom of heaven? It just does not make any sense at all."

END.

Left and Right

“The world as we have created it is a process of our thinking.
It cannot be changed without changing our thinking.”
― Albert Einstein

A foolish person tries to ignore the phenomenal facts of life. Simple because he cannot learn or is stubborn to study the logical theory which explains them for him to succeed.

Experience has taught me that proper education not blind faith will help you understand anything and help you improve your chance of succeeding. On the other hand, faith coupled with proper education most certainly could assure your success.

Making money, relationship, spirituality or health does not operate on faith or belief alone. From another perspective.. Money, relationship, spirituality or health does not operate on Logic alone.

Man always loves to separate things. Subconscious and conscious. Spirit and Science. You versus them etc. and these just creates more confusion and prevents rapid progress.

Oneness brings unity of focus and focus is power.

Logic is Education. Faith is Emotion.

When logic and emotion is combined, you are unstoppable.

GARBAGE TRUCK

There are some things in life that are best narrated in an allegorical manner in order to be remembered easily as we go about our daily life. Specially when it involves our altruistic relationship with mankind. As the universe is governed by both, the physical law and the spiritual law, may I share with everyone this law to serve as a barometer and guide in our path to spirituality...

"THE LAW OF THE GARBAGE TRUCK"

Many people are like garbage trucks. They run around full of garbage such as full of frustration, full of anger and full of disappointments.

As their garbage piles up they need a place to dump it. One way or another they dump it on you. Try not or if ever don't take it personally.

Rather, just smile, wave and wish them well. Then, move on. Try not or don't take their garbage and dump it as well to other people at work, at home or in the streets..

The bottom line is that people with a high level of awareness in spirituality try not to let garbage trucks take over their day..

Life is too short to wake up everyday in the morning with regrets... So...
Love the people who treat you right
Love the people who treat you wrong
Life is ten percent of what you make it
and ninety percent of how you take it

Have a garbage free day everyday...
