I woke up from a dream last night wrote down a lot of things just like a crazy man and realized the following.

When we were babies we are all Enlightened, Happy and Confident- our default state is positive. The problem is you don't know anything- you lack intelligence, will and experience. So you have to learn the ropes of life.

As you grow and accumulate knowledge, the sad part is you also unconsciously absorb the negativity of the society. You form Biases and Bad social conditioning and thus forming layers upon layers of EGO.

This Ego creates a shell and prevents your inner-self from expressing itself a 'false sense of self'. This shell mostly is composed of the following: Fear, Anger, Paranoia, Worry, Excitement, Grief, Envy, Greed, Lust, Selfishness, Manipulation, Jealousy, Judgmental, Separation, Division, Doubt, Failure, Competition and Sadness.

And the good thing, as you grow, you also learned positive traits that is the counterpart of the negative Ego such as: Contentment, Clarity, Unity, Charity, Acceptance, Patience, Peace, Camaraderie, Calmness, Happiness, Patience, Tranquility, Love, Courage, Belief, Success, Cooperation and Conviction.

Some men due to the lack of awareness fall slave to their Ego. And let their Ego control their life and the child that was always happy is no longer present, but was replaced by a man who is controlled by the emotion the negativity of the Ego.

What you have to do to attain the highest levels of development is to begin to develop your intelligence. Then you start to become aware, of the negativity and the positivity and you are able to distinguish and realize what is bad from what is wrong.(PaperClip Principle- you can use to clip a paper or use it to poke someone's eye. )

Then you have to keep your mind from wandering to the negative and only express the positive in thought, word and action(Virtue). Now, as you keep your mind on the good it becomes a habit and the evil slowly fades away.

You are not suppressing or hating the negative like most men do but you acknowledge it and you only choose the positive side of life(see the good in everything) which is living with high ideals all the time.

A true master undergoes and has experienced the negative and the positive and know what are the consequences of it. True mastery knows the effect and consequences of Good and Evil.

By doing the latter, Man sheds the layers of Ego slowly, until there is nothing left the but the inner-self again, that is always Good.

And you attain back your Enlightenment, your default state, only this time you have the Intelligence, the Will and Experience and all the positive traits you learned that you don't have when you were a baby.

Thus you attain Spiritual Transcendence. Maximum potential development of yourself minus the negativity. Because nothing hinders you now, your progress grow by Leaps and Bounds.
