It is not achieved through the intellect or thinking about it.
It is not achieved through talking or preaching about it.
It is not achieved through reading about it and agreeing with it.
Emotions/feelings are more powerful than logical thinking.
Peace is achieved through the feelings.
When you feel peaceful it will show through your actions, your choice of words, intellect, your choice of activities, entertainment and world.
