"I've got a great gimmick. Let's tell the Truth."-Bill Bernbach

The Nature of Reality

"Whatever affects one directly,
affects all indirectly."
-Martin Luther King Jr.

This is probably the most powerful post you'll ever read in my blog.

Most gurus, teachers, or leaders fail to address this certain topic and because of that people are still lost in their quest towards personality development. I do hope after reading this post, your mind will open up to new and wide possibilities with regards to your life.

From my adventures in hypnosis, persuasion, personality development and spirituality I came to this massive realization, as to how the world works, I do hope you guys would benefit from it too.

If you've ever ask yourself the following questions: What is the meaning of Life? Why am I here? Why am I not happy? Why is there war? Why is there separation, differences and confusion in the world? What is God? .... Then this is for you, read on.

"The greater the lie, the greater it will be believed."-Adolf Hitler

I suggest that before you go ahead and read the entire page. Put aside all your beliefs about life, religion, money, love and relationship or better yet place it in a box for you to fully understand the meaning of this post. When you have done it, then let's begin.

What if... everything you know about Life, Money, Love, Religion, Government, Church and God is a lie?

I want you for a few moments, put on the side, everything you've ever believed about everything you know. For you to fully grasp the idea behind this post.

Zombie effect

"People think they are their mind and this brings them all kinds of sadness."
-Eckhart Tolle

Most people walk through life in a walking daze.

Which means they don't have any clue why they are doing these things. What is their purpose. Why they go to school, eat a certain food, go to church, believe in God, follow the government. Why they want to be rich. Why they get married. Why they fall in love. Why they go to work. Why they buy expensive cars, gadgets or houses. Why they feel sad or happy.

They don't ask, they don't question. They are like zombies following everything they see without much thought.

Most of us were brought up never asking and questioning why and that is where the problem is.

Seeing the Matrix

"A lot of people haven't had a very diverse experience
and they end up with very narrow perspectives on things. Stay open."

Do you still remember the movie Matrix? Especially, the scene where Neo meets Morpheus for the first time and explains to him everything about the Matrix. And at that scene, Neo was given two choices the Red pill or the Blue pill. Then after that his life is never the same.

Watch the video carefully:

Here is the transcript of the entire powerful scene:
  • Morpheus: I see it in your eyes. You have the look of a man who accepts what he sees because he is expecting to wake up. Ironically, that's not far from the truth. Do you believe in fate, Neo?
  • Neo: No.
  • Morpheus: Why not?
  • Neo: Because I don't like the idea that I'm not in control of my life.
  • Morpheus: I know *exactly* what you mean. Let me tell you why you're here. You're here because you know something. What you know you can't explain, but you feel it. You've felt it your entire life, that there's something wrong with the world. You don't know what it is, but it's there, like a splinter in your mind, driving you mad. It is this feeling that has brought you to me. Do you know what I'm talking about?
  • Neo: The Matrix.
  • Morpheus: Do you want to know what it is?
  • Neo: Yes.
  • Morpheus: The Matrix is everywhere. It is all around us. Even now, in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work... when you go to church... when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth.
  • Neo: What truth?
  • Morpheus: That you are a slave, Neo. Like everyone else you were born into bondage. Into a prison that you cannot taste or see or touch. A prison for your mind.

If you've watch and read the material above then go on reading, if not. I suggest you go back and review it. It could alter the entire direction of your life. It's that serious.

A Prison for your Mind

"Play on people's need to believe to create a cult-likefollowing."
-Robert Greene, 48 Laws of Power

Where do we get most of our beliefs? Simple. As a child everything at first we get it from our parents and our relatives. Next, as you go to school you adapt the beliefs of your teachers, classmates and the school.

Then your beliefs about church you adapt it the moment your parents brings you to the church. After sometime these people that you are with everyday you adapt their believes too regarding government, love, sex, society, money and all other things.

You have to realized that as a child you are just like a sponge. Absorbing and absorbing everything without much thought about why you are doing it. You just follow what everybody is doing, in the words from the Matrix, YOU were born into bondage.

Then once you hit adolescence that is when you rebel against your parents and school. Telling yourself that they don't understand you. But in reality your mind is already trying to find itself, its identity, you are already tired of being controlled.

And now you are not a sponge anymore, but a fully functioning being capable of making decisions on your own.

But the truth is that it's just the tip of the iceberg. Your parents, school, church, government and society were also controlled. And they are just passing their beliefs to you. There really is no freedom.

Herd Mentality

"Everything Popular is wrong."-Oscar Wilde

Why do you have Facebook? I remember the first time I got Facebook is when most of my friends keep bugging me that I should get one, and so I did.

Why do you have twitter? Same thing actually, it is because everybody is in twitter, and I don't want to feel left out and so I got one.

Why do you have a cellphone? It's because, there was a time in all our lives, where everybody already have their cellphone, and since everybody already have a cellphone I should get one, and so I did.

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma—which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other people's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. " --Steve Jobs

How many of us have been in this situation? What everybody does, you follow, without thinking. Even if you know you don't need it, you still buy into it because, everybody is doing it, you don't want to be left behind. The sad part is even if it is wrong, as long as everybody is doing it, it becomes right.

Sometimes people even believe in using evil or lesser evil to correct what is evil how wicked is that? When was doing wrong ever becomes right?

This video is about the Ash experiment. A video speaks a millions words.

How about this one? When everybody is doing it, maybe it is right.

I think after watching the two videos you get the idea of what I'm trying to say.-> Most people don't think.

If you ever find yourself not following the traffic. It is because you are just following the herd.

Ideas, no matter how stupid can spread like wildfire.

Most people are like this. They don't think. In a seminar room when everybody claps, they clap. What they see in the television, what everybody is doing they follow blindly. If there is a new thing marketed by the media they buy. If their friends are smoking, drinking and doing drugs they don't want to be left out, they want to be accepted.

These days normal means what everybody is doing. So even if it is wrong or bad for the health. Because it is advertised in the media and everybody is doing it, that is normal.

That is how powerful Herd Mentality is. People want other people to think for them. That is why nobody reaches their full potential they always rely on the government, saviors and leaders to do the work for them than educate themselves and stand up on their own two feet and achieve their potential. It's not the fault of the people really, the society has conditioned us this way.

Darkness cannot drive out darkness;
only light can do that.
Hate cannot drive out hate;
only love can do that.
Hate multiplies hate,
violence multiplies violence,
and toughness multiplies toughness
in a descending spiral of destruction....The chain reaction of evil --
hate begetting hate,
wars producing more wars --
must be broken,
or we shall be plunged
into the dark abyss of annihilation.

-Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Social Conditioning

"The truth isn't the truth until people believe you. "-Anonymous

In case you are not familiar with the work of Dr. Pavlov he was able to find that people could be conditioned in a certain way for them to respond. That is why whenever you hear a certain love song you get emotional because you remember the person attached to that song.

To put things plainly... People want constant stimulation. They go to the malls, use their phones, use the internet, go to parties, watch movies and all those stuff that gives them a constant high. And that is their downfall.

There was this one teacher who told me once that, You'll know if you are happy when you could sit still inside a room without your phone, computer or television or a friend and just be, still.

The unfortunate thing is that most schools and educational systems operates just like religion. It does not teaches us to question and probe. It teaches us to be dependent upon authority and that it is always correct and absolute which is often incorrect and dangerous for a person's independent development.

And because of that, we have a society where most people are lost and lives in fear and guilt every single day of their lives. Either you go to hell or you get punished by the environment when you don't follow the herd.

This kind of conveyor-belt factory approach does not work and does not allow the person to discover its true identity towards self-actualization.

Just like a forest, it will be sad if it only has one flower or one plant or a single tree. Being different and diverse is lovely, It brings color to life.

I have seen good and great schools but they all suffer from a tendency to reward conformity and to punish anyone who questions or does not conform to their ideal.

We were not taught the causes and the effect of history and the events and dates. We were not taught to think for ourselves but to know the facts rather than to bring out the best in each of us and be independent and self-reliant.

True power comes from within. Think for yourself.

History of Mass Control

"In this country, you gotta make the money first. Then when you get the money, you get the power. Then when you get the power, then you get the women."-Tony Montana

Early 1900 big companies realized they have a problem in terms of profit making. They hit a plateau, Why? It is because back then people save money. They only buy things they need. They buy few clothes, few pairs of shoes, one car, one house and they lived a modest and simple life mostly based on religion or spirituality, meaning just living a good life.

And these businessmen does not want that. They want more. Money and power indeed
does corrupt people. So they turn to Edward Bernays the father of corporate mind control.

Edward Bernays is the nephew Sigmund Freud (The Father of Psychology) and these corporation turned to him and used his expertise to control the people. He even have a book about this which is called the propaganda.

If you are wondering how come alcohol, smoking could be marketed as something 'good' for you blame Edward Bernays and his expertise in controlling the minds of the people.

Also if you are pissed why your printer, light bulbs,(yes, the first light bulbs does not worn out google it. or watch here) and medicines have expiration dates blame Edward Bernays for pulling it off and making the Law of Planned Obsolescence so that everything have an expiration date for these corporations to have repeat sales.

If you are also wondering how come you have a lot of shoes, bags, clothes, cars, houses, or you have turned to becoming a chronic spender (which buys anything new you see in the market without much control) you have nothing to blame but Mr. Bernays and his antics in controlling people's minds.

Bernays suggested to these corporation to use commercial, advertising and marketing to promote your product.

All you need is to use celebrities and famous people as social proof because, people look up to these celebrities what to wear, buy, or drink. And if they see that their idol is smoking they will smoke too! If their idol is drinking they will drink too! If their idol have more a lot of cars and houses they want that too! If their idol have a lot of shoes they want that too!

People follow blindly the herd or what the media says. If you have more than enough shoes, house, clothes you are controlled. If you have more than 1 or 2 cars that you don't use or need you are controlled. If you buy expensive things just to please other people, or make you happy you are controlled. Basically, sad to say, you got no control of your mind.

The advertising and marketing of today's modern world is nothing but pure mind control and endless hype. Coming to you at all sides.

Instead of promoting saving it promotes spending. The market does does care about you. It just wants your money. It wants you to buy that latest phone. It wants you to buy a car. It wants you to become a billionaire. It wants you to buy, buy and buy.

Mind Control and Media

"People want an explanation so we give them one. What they want, we give."-The Media

And here we are, the most powerful controlling device ever invented, the Television. These days it is even more powerful than the church, government, school even our parents in influencing us in our lives.

For most people all they need is the Television to run their lives. Instead of using the Television to be used for good it is used for the manipulation. They used bad news as good news and this twisted value system has hurt our society.

Violence becomes normal with Television. Living the 'High Life' as most would call which is a life of money, drugs, sex and violence. That is what the media spread and if you don't follow their way of living you are labeled as a loser or failure. The television has created more wars than any other avenue in history.

Unknown to most people is that these major Television companies are owned by the mover of the economy they use it for their own purpose. Most revolutions i.e. Edsa Revolution was promulgated by the use of the media.

There were 80million Filipinos on 1986 and only 2 million people were in Edsa and they used that to declare the next president of our country? Is that people power? Aand after that the entire Philippines went into a nose dive.

I could go on all day to pinpoint all the things the Media does especially in manipulating the stock market but I leave it to you to do the thinking and the research for yourself.

"They don't want well-informed, well-educated people capable of critical thinking. it's called the American Dream because, you have to be asleep to believe it."-George Carlin

I think you've obviously noticed that the media controls each of us unconsciously. The media tells us what to buy, what to do, what to eat, what to wear, what life to have, what love is and what or who to believe.

The media is also responsible for the division of rich and the poor. If you'll start to look at the television shows carefully, instead of an abundant mindset, they portray poverty mindset and that 'it is okay' to live in poverty and the rich are bad people, and the only way to become rich is to do bad things like Drugs, Guns and Gambling. But the truth is, and you also agree, that you can be rich and happy all at the same time .

The media is a source of entertainment. It is not a medium to look for answers with regards to your financial career, marriage, relationship, love and everything about life. If you think the media is the answer to the question you have in your life, love or money you are about to be disappointed.

Money and Social Conditioning

"If you control the money, you control the people."-Rothschild

This is probably one of my favorite parts when it comes to talking about social conditioning and money. Early in my career I thought that money is all there is. That we have to be rich to have happy lives. The media has brainwashed all of us to buy things that we don't like and accumulate things we don't need and thinking it will make us happy.

Instead of saving it promotes spending. Bad idea.

Standards of Living is a Controlled Phenomenon

I do believe that we are not placed here in this world just to make money and accumulate wealth. There is something bigger than us than money. Because if you look closely from an economic perspective, every person has a different standard of living which was socially conditioned by the media, church parents or the environment.

Every country has their own standard. What might be low standard for you, might be a high standard for somebody living in the slums. And what  might be high standard for you, might be a low standard compared to people who are living in first world countries.

There are farmers who live in small towns that are happy and living a simple, affordable and contented life. And there are people living in the city have big businesses and making lots of money still not happy and lives with a very high lifestyle just to feel accepted by the crowd because, that is what the media has programmed them to believe. The media told them to aim to become a billionaire to be happy and the results most of the time are not so nice.

The media has been propagating and telling people to become rich and buy lots of cars and house for you to be happy because that is what they want you to do. But we all know that you don't really need money to be happy. Just like a child, begin to observe a child, you know that the child is always happy no matter what might be the standard of living the child lives in. Fact.

Funny how adults lost their self-esteem because they were programmed by the media to depend on money for their happiness and whoever has the most money and toys wins. You want to always be happy? Then be child-like.

People only feels unhappy the moment the media discriminates and compares the rich and the poor, that is the only time you realize that there is a separation.

In other words, being rich and having lots of money purely depends upon your mindset and standard of living. Because as we all know, the standard of living is a socially conditioned thing. Means that this twisted value system has created separation from the rich and the poor and has hurt a lot of people.

From the Eyes of a Trader

"The market is orchestrated."-Anonymous

How do I know all these stuffs you might be wondering. First off, I'm a trader and I trade the financial market. And one of the things that I learned early in my career as a trader is that the market is manipulated by the big guns. I mean people who are bigger than bill gates. People who own the World Bank, Federal Reserved, United Nations and all major Media companies all over the world.

These people have a twisted value system. If you think the prices of oil, rice, electricity, cellphone load, coffee, fish, meat, groceries, cigarettes, stocks and currencies are randomly moving up and down. Think again. If you ever heard about insider trading. It is constantly happening but nobody is talking about it. You should see it from my perspective.

There are cartels and groups of individuals running the market. They control every product  and the price. We are all just puppets in their hands.

"Are you guys familiar with the trojan horse used in the greek mythology, they use that gift as a backdoor, we will not be fighting directly in the open field, but we will waiting for the right timing and momentum to act... naalala ko ung sabi ng prof ko nung college sa Rizal, during the revolution, Rizal's strategy is to educate the people until ready na for revolution, kaya ngpapadistribute sila ng noli at el fili sa mga filipino ng patago, nahilaw lang daw ung plano dahil di na nakapaghintay sila bonifacio wherein gumamit sila ng mga itak."-Renzi

These market makers does not care about you and me all they care is to maximize their profits. They loan 3rd world countries big amounts of money and mostly the collateral for the loan is the natural resources of these countries and the people too as workers in their factories. It is pretty obvious people, especially if you are living in a 3rd world country like I do.

And you know what sucks? If a certain leader of the country would not participate in loaning with the world bank. These people would create massive propaganda in the media (because they control it too) to overthrow the leader ( i.e. Marcos, Gadafi, Sadam, Bin Laden.) because they know that people are easy to manipulate. (More info http://www.economichitman.com/)

They know that all they need to do is to create a HERD and enough people- emotional people who don't think, who will believe what they post in the media and massive revolution would take place and the leader will eventually step down. They have done it over and over again and it never fails to work.

For these people who controls the economies the whole world is like a movie where they are the directors. It could be compared to the movie TRUMAN SHOW where everything is controlled and manipulate or that of the Big Brother show where everything you do is manipulated.

Do not believe what the media reports. Do your own research and it will slowly, become evident to you, the reality or should I say, illusion of the world you and I are living in.

From now own before you spend, Think.

Those who think themselves the masters of others
are indeed greater slaves than they."

Religion and Social Conditioning

"Everyone wants to tell you what to do and what's good for you.
They don't want you to find your own answers,
they want you to believe theirs.
I want you to stop gathering information from the outside
and start gathering it from the inside. "
-from the movie, Peaceful Warrior

If you are still reading up to now it just means you get what I mean.

Although some people still think that religion is different and could not be compared to any other thing, because religion has so programmed most of us that it is just hard to begin to let go of all the programmed information and take it with a grain of salt.

But if you just start to open your mind just like a parachute, it will all become very clear to you that religion, business, relationship, health and spirituality are all one. How you do one thing is how you do everything.

Most people when it comes to religion also follow the herd. I mean you, like me my parents were born Catholic and my Grandparents too and also everybody in my family. Until when I realized these kinds of things.

I started to question why am I Catholic? Why are some of my friends Muslims and Born again Christians. Why is that some people look at other religions differently especially if they don't have the same set of beliefs?

If you think about it carefully, the Philippine Archipelago became a Catholic nation only because we were colonized by the Spanish. That means, if we were not colonized then we could never be socially conditioned to be Catholics, probably we will still be Pagans. Or maybe we will be Muslims just like some of the parts of the Philippines that Catholics were not able to penetrate.

So maybe if Islam, Shinto or Judaism conquered our country there is a big possibility that we will not be Bible readers. Think for a moment, so what is this fuss about Bible readers fighting and dying for ideals that might not be there's to begin with?

Those questions bugged me really.

Then I dug down deep the rabbit hole of all the religions in the world and started to look for the truth myself, rather than just following the herd without thinking. In other words I started thinking for myself.

It just does not make any sense

"Religion is like a walking stick. When you are young, you need help from your parents to walk.
When you are old, you need a cane. When you are a healthy adult, you have no need for a cane;
if you try to run, it will only hinder you. All religions are like that;
touch God directly, and you will have no need of them."
-John Chang, Nei Kung Master

I grew up seeing a lot of inconsistencies in religion, like why the church have a lot of money and the poor are suffering. They preach about the bow of poverty and they themselves live in big houses and drives expensive cars.

Also, why the Church condemns other religions, prostitutes, Gays and Lesbian. When in the Bible it stated to Love thy neighbor as you love thyself. For me, it just does not make any sense. And some other stuffs too many to mention.

Back then and sometimes even now, the most powerful force in controlling the nation is the church. If you'll go back to the history of the Philippines, most of our heroes fought back to save our nation from the total control of the church.

The Church don't want people to think for themselves, they want to push down people's throat what they should do and if your are not part of them you are going to hell.

"There is no religion higher than the truth."-Gandhi

We were conditioned, most Filipinos, to follow orders for 300 years. That is why right now most of our brothers are good workers or OFW because, we are good at following orders and we don't think too much that is why foreigners love us.

I hope After you've read this post everything will change. And you start thinking for yourselves.

In other countries during the 1500's the church is the government isn't that sucks? If you don't follow the church you go to jail! LOL!

Think about this... Albert Einstein, Steve Jobs, Jose Rizal, Napoleon Bonaparte, Shakespeare, Nikola Tesla, Nelson Mandela, George Washington, Mahatma Gandhi, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Edison and Mark Zuckerberg the owner of Facebook to name a few, were not Christians or Catholics but were still able to unite the nation because of their great works. Something to ponder.

Religion came from the latin word "Re-Ligare"- means to bind or to become one but nowadays religion has been doing the opposite.

According to the above video. That it is a fact that we don't have the 'Original Bible' we don't know who wrote these books.

Through the centuries it has been translated and some translations were wrong. Some authors adapted their own interpretations and wrote it there. And some books were removed and added by who knows who.

"Jesus said: The Kingdom of God is inside you and all around you, Not in a mansion of wood and stone. Split a piece of wood and God is there, Lift a stone and you will find God. Whoever learns these sayings will not experience death."

- (from the Gospel of Thomas, Taken out of the bible by the Church.)

"Christ is all and in all."-Colossians 3:11

Seems like that back then even sometimes these days, those who are good at debating and could prove that the other religion is wrong and if he get the most followers(Herd Mentality) that certain church wins in the eyes of the people.

So instead of living a life based on High Ideals it became, living a life of proving who is right and who is wrong.

Means that we were socially conditioned by the church to never question the Bible or authority figures. They want us to follow blindly their teachings rather than discover the Truth and history on our own.

What I'm saying is that you don't just let the church spoon feed you with all the things you need to know.

That is why most eastern Philosophers always advice people who are looking for answers to go inside yourself and look for the answers yourself and not go to church or the mountains. Answers found on one's own effort is so real and powerful and nothing can take that away from you. As the saying goes, learn from experience.

“Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.”
― Marcus Aurelius

Funny how most church use fear to control people they always preach the dont's. Which is don't do this and don't do that.

Instead of explaining properly the consequences of one's actions they just tell you, that you are going to hell if you don't follow. Instead of loving people they scare people because, it is easier to scare than to love.

People need to grow up and accept their responsibilities for themselves instead of spoon feeding people of what they need to know. Experience is the best teacher. Every church will tell you that they are the true church and this bring division instead of unity.

“God is not a Christian, God is not a Jew, or a Muslim, or a Hindu, or a Buddhist. All of those are human systems which human beings have created to try to help us walk into the mystery of God. I honor my tradition, I walk through my tradition, but I don't think my tradition defines God, I think it only points me to God.” ―Bishop John Spong

As you could see that now, due to bad social conditioning Man has created boarders, hate, separation, division and other forms of disunity.

People for centuries, have been killing each other just so they could defend their religion, which even now in the modern world still do sometimes happen.

There are no bad students only bad teachers. If you are a teacher be careful in teaching your students because your beliefs will contaminate their beliefs and if you hate other religions they will hate other religions too. Operate in the love of God not on fear.

"People place so little value on experience that when what you've experienced of God differs from what you've heard of God, you automatically discard the experience and own the words, when it should be just the other way around."-Neal Donald Walsh

"All life, regardless of its level of expression, is held in equal love by Source(God); it could not be otherwise, as Source recognizes itself in all manifestation.

It is, however, possible for individual manifestations of Source to deny the Law of ONE (Colossians 3:11 "Christ is all and in all.") and therefore act within a paradigm of separation ( anti-Christ ) consciousness.

A being acting from a standpoint of separation has lost its ability to draw its sustenance from the Primal Life Force currents of Source, it therefore feels compelled to feed off other life forms in order to survive."
-Keylontic Science

Love, Marriage, Sex and Social Conditioning

"You complete me."-Jerry Maguire

If you are reading still up to now. I commend you for that. You are about to learn something that will immensely help you understand the areas of your life that sometimes too sensitive to talk about but nevertheless, it will begin to give you clarity.

When I was in high-school all the way to college most of my beliefs when it comes to love and marriage I got it from watching movies. I thought that for a person to love me I must have a lot of money, good-looks, a nice car and all those superficial stuffs. Which was by the way full of crap.

Most of my friends too pattern their relationships with what they see in the movies. And the funny thing is that if what they see in the movies is different from what they have in their relationships they feel left out.

The moment you begin to open your mind to the diversity of the world and the cultures within it, you will understand that each and every culture has a different perspective on what is love.

Funny how these so called 'love experts' seem to pattern each and every advice they give to people from their own relationship, the relationship of their friends and what they see in the media and that even creates more confusion. And if what they see is different from what they believe they treat it as bad.

Understand that love is also socially conditioned to us or for a much simpler term, programmed into our minds. Love and relationships cannot be standardized just like what everybody is doing.

What works for you works for you. You don't have to hide. You just have to express what you feel as long as you are not hurting yourself, don't mind what other people will say.

Because of their lack of a clear understanding of how the world works, people seem to judge too fast and understand too little. People don't need to be hurt anymore, if you don't follow the herd.

I'll leave this topic for now because it is explained in more detail in the upcoming post which is entitled LIBERATION. Watch out for it.

The Word that Everybody Fears

"Women need a reason to have sex Men just need a place."-
Billy Crystal

This is a very sensitive subject so i'll just make it simple and brief. I often talk about this topic privately as most people gets weird when talking about this topic.

When it comes to sex most people, I mean every single human being on earth, have a negative connotation just hearing that word. I don't really know why or who started it. But it's pretty obvious that most people get uncomfortable the moment the word sex seems to arise.

Parents can't even talk about sex with their children without feeling awkward and in turn, their children picks those signs and they too feels awkward talking about it and they carry it for as long as they live.

So instead of learning sex properly and getting comfortable with it just like a responsible mature person, people fear it. And most kids pick up information from the wrong people and it creates even bigger problems.

Even in ancient scriptures sex is something sacred and clean, and the center of marriage, love or sex is God. But these days, due to bad social conditioning people view it negatively.

Most people live in fear. Instead of talking about something and learning more about it they shy away from it and it creates more doubt and thus more fear. Just like a problem that they keep on running away from and it shows up over and over again.

Sometimes it's kinda funny too how some priest, pastors and advisers or counselors , give advice or comments about marriage and sex or even gay and lesbian marriage when they themselves have close to zero experience about it.

I believe that the only way you could learn how to drive is from a person who is a very good driver. What I mean is before you can talk or teach about a certain topic see to it you must have enough experience about it or else, you are what most people label as hypocrite.

Perfect example of the blind leading the blind. The advisers does not know what they are talking about and the gullible people wonders why their marriage or sexlife is not improving. Funny right? It happens.

I believe that when a person fears something it just means that person lack the understanding or comprehension about it.

For example, in school if you feel a little doubtful about an upcoming exam, what you do is you study it, and after you've studied thoroughly, your doubt and fear is replaced by proper information. And this makes you comfortable taking the exam. Same goes for sex if the society instead of fearing it spread proper education people will look at it a different way, positively.

If it's not true, it will not Hurt

"Know thyself."-Ancient Greek Aphorism

Cognitive dissonance: is a discomfort caused by holding conflicting cognitions (e.g., ideas, beliefs, values, emotional reactions) simultaneously. In a state of dissonance, people may feel surprise,
dread, guilt, anger, or embarrassment.

Definitely If you have been reading up to now you have undergone what is called Cognitive Dissonance.

And some people would fight to stay alive with what they believe. That is what most religious people do. They will fight for what they believe just to prove they are right instead of accepting people and loving them as they are (i.e. gay, lesbians, racism).

Kill him! He's different! Why can't people stop doing this? Because of centuries of social conditioning people have created a hard shell about themselves and instead of opening up to love, understanding, harmony and coexistence they would rather eradicate people who are not like them.

Morpheus: The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around. What do you see? Business people, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system, and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inert, so hopelessly dependent on the system that they will fight to protect it.

Most people, at this part, will probably undergone cognitive dissonance because now, you are aware that everything you have ever learned in this life was unconsciously programmed by the society to you mind. And you have to re-think of every belief you have.

True enlightenment means having conscious control of all your thoughts and feelings.

"When I Let Go of who I am, I become what I might be." -Lao Tzu

Snap back to Reality

"If we are to go forward, we must go back and rediscover those precious values - that all reality hinges on moral foundations and that all reality has spiritual control."-Martin Luther King Jr.

Most people want other people to do the thinking for them. Because it is easier to let other people think than do the thinking themselves.

That is why people love other people's opinions. They need other people's point of view about certain things. They want a leader, a boss, a savior, a government to do everything for them.

And by doing so, they give away their power and when you give your power away, you lose control.

Somebody told me once that most people unconsciously wanted to be lead. That is why people flock seminars, rallys, churches, speeches, motivational talks. They want other people to do the thinking for them. I'm not saying its bad going to these events, It's just that some people let the leaders do the thinking for them than do it themselves.

And the mass of people live their lives unconsciously. That means they don't know why they do what they do. They are just a leaf in the wind, following the emotion of the herd. If everybody is angry about their government they too are angry without much thought. When everybody wants to be rich, they too wants to be rich.

Only a few people would stop and think, and ask themselves "What am I thinking, What I am thinking? Why am I feeling this way? Why am I acting this way? What is my purpose?" And the vicious cycle goes on and one.

"Lead by example, not by Resistance."-Marcus Aurelius

Personal mastery comes when you have conscious control over your choices in life. Like for example, when you go to the grocery and you buy a certain soap that has been advertised in the media, you know there are far more cheaper soap with the same quality but still you settle for what the media is telling you. Most people are like that they don't think, and wonder why they buy a certain thing or think a certain thought.

An Exercise on Conscious Control

"We've got it all for you."-an SM Jingle

If you want to have conscious control of your mind, I have a simple exercise for you and that is to get a piece of paper and a pen. Then write this one down GROCERY ITEMS and list down some stuffs (i.e. soap, toothpaste and shampoo) you have been buying. Now, write down the reason why you are buying it and then write down if you ever find another product of the same quality but CHEAPER.

After you have done the exercise, you will begin to realize that all these years, you have been unconsciously following the herd without much thought about the stuffs you buy. You will understand that there are far more cheaper with the same quality products that what you have been buying all these time.

Now, do this with your other beliefs as well. Love, Government, Spirituality, Life, Money etc.. And right down why you are believing something.

Did you just follow the herd or you really have conscious choice of your beliefs? Use the power of freewill God has given you and start to do your own research and think for yourself. Use that power instead of giving it away.

True Power Comes from Within

"Your belief shapes your life."-Dr. Lee Pulos

Everybody is right. They are right because they have their own personal mindset of how the world works. Not because you have a different belief with another man does not make him wrong or make you above a person. Everybody has their own set of glasses of viewing how they look at life.

When you let go of all these limiting beliefs you achieve what you truly want to become. Like the last part in the Matrix when Neo has woken up from the cultural trance. In that scene Neo was in a phone booth and everybody around him is like a Zombie walking around in a walking Daze.

The part where Neo flies off signifies what happens when you let go of all limiting beliefs and you have conscious control of your mind you achieve your fullest potential. You become more confident, happier, powerful and in control. Imagine the possibilities.

" I know you're out there. I can feel you now. I know that you're afraid... you're afraid of us. You're afraid of change. I don't know the future. I didn't come here to tell you how this is going to end. I came here to tell you how it's going to begin. I'm going to hang up this phone, and then I'm going to show these people what you don't want them to see. I'm going to show them a world without you. A world without rules and controls, without borders or boundaries. A world where anything is possible. Where we go from there is a choice I leave to you."-Neo, The Matrix

Neo went out of the Matrix because the Government, Society, Media, Religion or in other words the SYSTEM has been controlling him all his life. And has limited him in every way possible from achieving his full potential. When he discovered that he has that power within to change his life he was able to leap to his true destiny.

"Just when you think you know something, you have to look at it in another way.
Boys, you must strive to find your own voice.Because the longer you wait to begin,
the less likely you are to find it at all. Thoreau said,
"Most men lead lives of quiet desperation." Don't be resigned to that.
Break out!" -John Keating

We all are just like Neo. We all grew up being controlled in every area of our lives. Some of us lost confidence, got hurt, become unhappy because the system or the society has imprisoned our minds and that has prevented most of us from living fulfilling lives.

Live Life by Your Own Design

"Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter."
-Dr.Martin Luther King Jr.

I have a favorite quote that the Buddha said. He said that: "Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simple because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with the reason and is conductive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it."

That quote is very powerful, it basically points out to maintain harmony with our thoughts.

If you have a belief that hurts you physically or emotionally or limits you becoming more successful in any area or makes you feel guilt about doing something, just throw it out just like how your throw old worn out clothes because you don't need it anymore.

Lastly, I think by now, you already know the potential you have within you. Although some misinterprets it as "Oh so you mean I can already do anything I want? Regardless of the outcome?" Not really. I'm not saying to start tripping out and doing what you want.

I believe that life is simple. Remember the Golden Rule: "Do unto others what you want others do unto you." These basic life principles has guided mankind for centuries. And it still stands true even in this modern world.

I believe in the Paper clip Principle- a paper clip you can use it to clip a paper or stab somebody in the eye. You can do anything in this world as long as you do not harm anybody and yourself.

I believe in consequences (karma) or what Jesus said: "What you sow, is What you reap." What you let another experience, you will experience too. You just have to grow up and be responsible for the consequences of your life.

Basic Christian Stuffs, Just be nice to yourself and others.

These Principles, I lived by them and these are some very basic life principles that anybody could follow. You don't have to be a religious scholar, a philosopher or an expert in this kinds of things. All it takes is a little common sense. Try it out, experience is the best teacher.

From now on make your own conscious choices. I don't want you to just believe what I am writing here. Make up your own mind.

As long as what you believe make you a much better person, benefits you and your loved ones and makes your relationships with other people richer and abundant, then by all means believe it and embody it. But if your beliefs makes you an even worse person and puts you into undesirable situations or arguments with another of Gods children then change it.

And The Question is?

You might be saying that I might be crazy analyzing all of these stuff but the truth is it is okay to be socially conditioned or go with the Herd as long as of course you now get to choose.

Unlike before, you are easily manipulated by herd mentality now you see things differently. You get to decide. You get to be aware of all your actions. You get to think for yourself.

You now get to decide if you want to be part of this group or not and if ever you want to be part of a certain organization you won't be easily influenced.

From my experience, it is always better as always, to be part of a group or organization that breeds love. And promotes what they love instead of bashing what they hate and this in thus creates a positive atmosphere around us and also benefits every individual in the organization.

Deep Down the Rabbit Hole

"I can't explain myself, I'm afraid, Sir, because I'm not myself you see."
-Alice in Wonderland

And so the the story ends. The Myth is about the story of social conditioning and how the society has controlled all of us into believing an illusion or a lie. Now, you already know, the reason why people are like that. Why there is separation, differences, hate, violence, fear, poverty and confusion in the world.

I'm sharing this to help people realize what is really going on in this beautiful world of ours. And I do hope you share it too to the people that matter to you.

Once you've understand how everything is not what it seems, you will begin to look at the world differently.

You will now have a more open mind and a expanded awareness about your friends, family and loved ones and when you understand them more, you will be less likely to be affected by the world around you. You will be more composed and in control of your thoughts and feelings.

I remember the Occupy protest says that they are the 99% (the HERD) why be part of the herd when you are unique. Don't be part of the herd. Stand out. Lead by example not by resistance.

You were born to be great. Make it count.

"For things to Change, You have to Change."-Project Plipinas

It is said that soon after his enlightenment the Buddha passed a man on the road who was struck by the Buddha's extraordinary radiance and peaceful presence. The man stopped and asked,

My friend, what are you?
Are you a celestial being or a god?
No
said the Buddha
Well, then, are you some kind of magician or wizard?
again the Buddha answered
No
Are you a man?
No
Well, my friend, then what are you?
the Buddha replied

I am awake

*****

TIP:  The only way to know if you are programmed or socially conditioned, is if you are reacting negatively to people, situations and conditions around you. Because a person who is awake is in total control of it's emotions.
Are you awake?
