Progress Does Not Mean Change

The human race is no intelligent 100 years ago or 1000 years ago.

Although, yes, mankind and those who we consider intelligent have solved a lot of problems.

Look around you, there have been a lot of improvements.

Technology has improved. Transportation has improved, it became more convenient. We have solved the problem of making money.  And organization all over the world keeps growing by the thousands everyday. We also have become more convenient in our daily lives.

But tell me, has these intelligent people that we consider have solved the problem of human Depression? Anxiety? Stress? Loneliness? Hate? Anger? Jealousy? Irritation? Separation? Criticism? Condemnation and Judgement? Negativity?

Ask yourself, has there any improvement in that area of irritation, depression, loneliness perhaps, criticism?

Mankind is like inside a never ending mobious loop. The same vicious cycle occurring over and over again.

If you'll ask me, it seems that not so much has changed.

What we have right now are the same human beings 100 years ago just more money, technology, convenience, influence and power.. but still lonely, depressed, stressed, lonely, angry, irritated, judgmental and negative. But still they haven't changed a bit inside.

Do you think more knowledge or intelligence or will change the world? We have the internet and and great gurus, teachers, speakers, books, organizations and all the information we need but still not much has changed.

Do you think more money will change the world? I doubt it. Do you think more religion will change the world? We have so many but still its the same. Do you think technology will change the world? Certainly not. Do you think power or skills will change it? hmm..

Here is a simple formula and I want you to contemplate on it and allow it to sink deep in your consciousness to get the full benefit of if.

Self-control and Self-correction.
