True!.. Meditation gives us a lot of benefits spiritually, mentally, emotionally & physically... There are some that say that you can do meditation while doing something such as washing the dishes, riding a jeepney, driving your car, watching a movie, enjoying a scenery, etc... and i guess for me, this will save you a lot of time... what you think?

When my soul awakens to the truth, it lets me find any sources of wisdom, places, events and people that will contribute to my spiritual growth. One of my resolution to my advancing soul is meditation. For me, meditation is not something to be taken for granted but rather a sincere devotion towards the fulfillment of the awakened soul. It is when you perform meditation that God connects with you deeply without the noises and negativity from the external world. The voice within will talk to you more clearly because you let yourself listen to what it has to say so never underestimate the power of meditation...
